White tea

I have recently discovered white tea, which I had never heard of before. White tea is like green tea but more so: green tea has a very subtle flavour which can often taste like boiled water; white tea is even subtler, but actually a lot nicer and a little sweet. I’ve only had teabags of it- which I discovered in Tesco of all places- but I would like to try the leaf. Unfortunately, it is expensive: Whittard have some for sale at £11 for a 50g bag.
